Sonchus palmensis 9cm pot 10cm tall approx

Evergreen perennial shrub.

Native to Madeira this is perfect for creating an exotic look. Deeply cut fern-like foliage up to 90cm on a stem of 1.5m.

In milder microclimates, they can survive outside during the winter months, otherwise they are best kept frost free over winter. The top growth dies back in winter and re shoots from the base here when in the ground.
